Forest Trails Cabins are located on County Road 4390 in southeastern Franklin County. Lake Bob Sandlin is just down the hill and Lake Cypress Springs is just 2 miles away. The cabins are an easy 2 hour drive from the Dallas area, just 15 miles south of Interstate 30. Take the Mt. Vernon exit 146, turn right on Highway 37, turn left on Highway 21 and go about 8 miles. Take a right on Highway 3007 and cross the dam of Lake Cypress Springs. Turn left on County Road 4385 (across from the park and boat launch on the south side of the dam). Follow 4385 until you can take a left on CR 4390. Go around 1/4 of a mile and the cabin is on the left. We are located in the brown house on the left right after you turn onto CR 4390.
